Nulla Accountants was born out of the desire to help Aussie dreams bloom.

Just like the journey of the mighty Banksia Tree, all business starts when an idea begins to seed. Jana Meresova ACCA: Principal

Jana is the Principal at Nulla Accountants and is an experienced ACCA qualified Finance Professional with a proven track record in providing a hands-on and adaptable approach in leading the finance function to deliver commercial, financial and operational support to the business across SME’s and Multinational organisations. Jana’s 14+ year years in the industry has led to a passion in helping clients to keep close control of their expenditure and help them derive more income from current and new customers. She is also a registered Tax Agent with the Tax Practitioners Board (TPB). Jana is a nurturing and very proud Mum to daughter Mia and truly appreciates a well-formed spreadsheet.

Jana has been described by clients as being “highly impactful when working on projects, year-end audits and systems implementations.”

Tom Rose: Practise Manager

Tom is our extraordinary Practise Manager at Nulla Accountants, whose role also includes the title of IT expert. He comes to us with over 16 years’ experience in the IT field and helps to facilitate the smooth implementation of accounting software between our clients and the firm.

A born and bred shire boy with extensive experience abroad, Tom knows the unique challenges faced by many local businesses.

He is an invaluable member of the Nulla team, a great Dad and proud IT system infrastructure computer professional.
